Andrew Glasow | Principal A native of upstate New York, Andrew joined the team in 2005, direct from running the marketing of Merchandise Mart Properties' home design centers in Chicago, New York, and DC, including the nearby Washington Design Center. His background with the design community across the country and specifically the kitchen and bath industry has become a valuable asset to both our sellers and buyers.

Ryall Smith | Principal With roots in Louisiana and Tennessee Ryall left the south courtesy of the US Air Force, landing in DC in 1984 as a young Captain at the Pentagon and Andrews, AFB. Ryall joined Grant in his top-ranked real estate business in 1988 - a terrific opportunity for a rookie going from "zero to a hundred mph" while learning from a master in the profession! After 25 years, they remain one of the longest running -- and most experienced -- teams in the area.

Fred Saddler | Director, Client Care Another native of Louisiana like Ryall, Fred joined the team as an associate in 2014. Fred's deep interest in the historic homes and gardens of Washington, D.C. and the National Capital Region developed out of his former life as a college history instructor. Like Andrew, he is a knowledgeable resource regarding interior and landscape design for both sellers and buyers.
